The Providence Preservation Society (PPS) announces the 2015 Festival of Historic Houses, taking place this year on June 13. Since the first Festival, more than 50 years ago, PPS has showcased contemporary living in historic homes. This signature annual event is an opportunity to hear the stories about the properties’ origins and inhabitants, while viewing firsthand the modern day living spaces in Providence’s prized historic properties made possible through preservation. Fox Point, including southern Benefit Street, will be spotlighted.
