Volunteers are the heartbeat of WaterFire. They are the torch bearers, the fire lighters and hosts of the night! Now is your chance to learn all about the different roles these vital performers play in the art of WaterFire Providence. Come and a gain further understanding about the symbolism of volunteers dressing in all black, the different cultural representations that are displayed, and hear inspirational stories from 20 years of volunteerism at WaterFire Providence presented by WaterFire creator Barnaby Evans.
This event is free and open to the public. The doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with the speaking program beginning at 6:45 p.m.
