For years, thousands of Capeverdeans and friends of Capeverdean have come together to celebrate our Independence Day. We have done this event in a couple of locations and the love for our culture and the warmth of our people have always stayed the same.
This year we The RI CAPEVERDEAN HERITAGE has the pleasure to invite you to join us in celebrating our 40th Anniversary.
This year our festival is special for many reason:
1st, it is our 40th anniversary
2nd, it is on July 5th, the actual day of our Independence
3rd, We are dedicating our Festival to one of our greatest Capeverdean Icon, Norberto Tavares.
We ask that you join us for an afternoon of music, dances, food and tons of surprises.
