The Providence Public Library is offering a new exhibition called “Portals: The History of the Future Exhibition”, which will “highlight the material trails left by the people of the past as they looked to the future.” Visitors will be able to take a look at what the future looked like to our predecessors, and how it varies greatly from the reality we live in today. Admission is free for all ages. The full exhibit will be running until June 28th, and artist artwork will be up until July 30th. The library is open as follow:

Monday & Wednesday: 12:30 – 8:30 pm
Tuesday: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
Thursday & Friday: 12:30 – 5:30 pm
Saturday: 9:30 am – 2:30 pm
