43rd Annual Harvest Fair

Event Details

Harvest Fair celebrates the simple life, engaging visitors of all ages in friendly competitions, games, lively music and dance, hay rides, pony rides and much more against the backdrop of a working 18th century living history farm.

For 43 years, Coggeshall Farm Museum has drawn visitors from across New England for this major festival. Bring the whole family for a day of good old-fashioned fun. There’s something for everyone! Try your hand at more than a dozen 18th-century games, discover one-of-a-kind handcrafted items from our talented vendors, visit our heirloom sheep and cattle on a hayride through the pasture, and put your artistic skills to work at our craft tables.

Great family-friendly food will be provided by a variety of vendors, along with Coggeshall’s own jonnycakes!

Award-winning duo, Aubrey Atwater and Elwood Donnelly, perform traditional American and Celtic folk songs and percussive dance.  Elwood and Aubrey blend gorgeous harmonies and play an astonishing array of instruments including guitar, Appalachian mountain dulcimer, mandolin, tin whistle, harmonica, banjo, limberjacks, and other surprises including a thrilling interpretation of freestyle Appalachian clog dancing. Ladies of the Rolling Pin will also be performing traditional Border Morris Dancing.
