2017 is the 10th Year of the Pawtucket Wintertime Farmers Market! Farm Fresh RI first started the wintertime market in 2007 inside AS220, a Providence gallery and forum for the arts, with just seven vendors. It quickly outgrew that small space, and in 2008 jumped just across the Providence/Pawtucket line to a single hallway of the Hope Artiste Village on Main St in Pawtucket. In Fall 2012, with the market bursting at the seams, it was expanded into both the 1005 and 999 hallways of Hope Artiste Village where it remains today. For this 2016-2017 season, over 80 vendors will be selling their locally grown products, including vegetables, apples, cranberries and other produce; seafood, meats, poultry, and eggs; artisanal cheeses, breads, gluten-free and other baked goods; lotions, soaps, cosmetics, candles, honey, pickles, sauces, salsas and preserves; chocolates, nuts, juices, teas, coffee and other beverages; prepared foods and food trucks; flowers, plants, wreaths and more!
FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
The farmers market accepts CASH/CHECK, CREDIT/DEBIT, and SNAP/EBT.
