Join The Peach Flag Project for Gallery Opening of the Peace Art Exhibit! September 12th, 5:00-6:30 p. m.
For the past four years, the Atrium Gallery of the First Unitarian Church has hosted special Peace Art Exhibits, as a part of the September Month of Peace in Rhode Island. The Exhibits are part of this Peace Month and draw attention to art work that focuses on peace. Art is an important way to inspire peace and experience peace. The Exhibit highlights local artists who produce paintings, drawings, sculpture and more to present meaningful work that expresses peace. It is organized by the Peace Flag Project in collaboration with the First Unitarian Church of Providence. The Gallery Opening is Friday, September 12 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. The Gallery Night Reception is on Thursday, September 18 from 5:00 to 9:00 pm.
