Salsa Fever Thursdays: To Mambo Pa Ti (MPT), Latin dance is a way of life. That’s why they’re incredibly passionate about not only giving students the tools they need to succeed and have fun on the dance floor, but in creating a supportive community of fierce Salseros. Salsa Fever Thursdays, MPT’s weekly social dance, is a safe nurturing place to celebrate your hard work, practice your moves and gain inspiration from new and old friends. The chill vibe features great music, from New England’s best djs, weekly classes and special workshops, from Kizomba to Casino Rueda. All are welcome and no partner or dance experience is necessary.
Admission is $7; free with MPT monthly pass.
About MPT: Mambo Pa Ti means Mambo for You. MPT’s name embodies history. It’s reminder that, in the same way Mambo is the backbone of Salsa, it is also the foundation of our organization. The name is about you. It’s an invitation to accompany us on this beautiful journey. To feel the music. To embrace the movement. To join a vibrant, positive community. And to, well, just get loose and shake what your momma gave ya. The name is about partnership. It’s a call to unite as students and teachers. To join together as members of a larger Salsa family bonded by a common love of dynamic dance, and embark on a mission to introduce this passionate force to as many lives as possible.
