URI Feinstein Providence Campus Presents the premiere of the play Baggage June 4-6, 11-13, 18-19 @ 7:30pm Written and Performed by Frank V. Toti Jr. The play explores the journey through life through the eye of the playwright. Baggage explore those ‘things’ we carry with us, ‘things’ we collect along the way, and the decision to reevaluate and repack before moving on. Dealing with the Coming out process and LGBTQ issues, the play is presented in celebration of Rhode Island PRIDE and also the Providence International Arts Festival (PIAF). The play was conceived, written and is performed by the playwright, Frank V. Toti Jr (of Cranston). For Toti, this work has been “in formation for several years now.”
