This class will empower you to use wine, and the big, rich flavor it imparts. Come cook with us and enjoy as well as use our own home made red and white wine in the process! On the menu: White Wine Risotto, Carrot Osso Buco, Red-Wine Marinated Fried Chicken with Onions, Oven-Poached Salmon Steaks with Mustard Dill Sauce and Poached Pears.
