Chaise Three Reception

Event Details

The Granoff Center for the Creative Arts presents “Chaise Three”

“Chaise Three” is an exhibition of interdisciplinary artworks that aren’t normally seen together in the same context. In response to the changing landscape of art related media production and distribution, a group of students in 2004 banded together to create a multimedia publication called CHAISE. CHAISE’s goal was simple: To distribute artworks that aren’t usually seen together, like music and sculpture, film and interactive apps, or photography and furniture. A decade later, the founders of CHAISE are still producing wacky and creative works.

A reception will be held March 7 at 6 p.m. in the Cohen Gallery, 154 Angell Street. The exhibition, which is one of many events that celebrates Brown’s 250th anniversary, will run from February 19 to March 20 in the Cohen Gallery. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., respectively.
