The City of Providence & 95.5 WBRU are kicking off their Summer Concert Series this weekend with Vulgarrity, Ra Ra Riot, The Heavy as part of the PVD Fest! This free event will be held at the Alex and Ani City Center in downtown Providence. All ages welcome.
