Paul Greenberg, the author of Four Fish: The Future of the Last Wild Fish and American Catch – The Fight for Our Local Seafood, will join us in a conversation about the state of America’s seafood culture and what he sees in the future. Greenberg is the author of the James Beard Award–winning bestseller Four Fish: The Future of the Last Wild Food and a regular contributor to the New York Times. He has been featured on NPR’s Fresh Air and All Things Considered and has lectured widely on ocean issues at institutions ranging from Google to Yale to the U.S. Senate. He is currently a Pew fellow in Marine Conservation and a fellow with the Blue Ocean Institute.
