hope street farmersThe Hope Street Farmers Market is a farmer-run cooperative created and managed by many of the best farmers and food artisans in Rhode Island. This market sells fruits, vegetables, flowers, cheese, breads and pastries, pasture-raised meats, seafood, poultry and eggs, and many other items that farmers grow, make or raise themselves. The Hope Street Market is open every Saturday morning from 9 to 1:00 and Wednesday afternoons from 3:00 to 6:00. Load up your shopping bags with great things to eat, listen to live music and spend time with your neighbors – all at Lippitt Park where Hope Street and Blackstone Boulevard meet.

Rain, shine or tropical storm, this market is OPEN! Come support your family farmer and get a little wet — the fresh veggies are totally worth it!

*Fresh Bucks and Bonus Bucks are only available on Saturdays*

If you plan on biking, every Saturday Recycle-a-Bike offers bike valet and tuneups to folks who bicycle to the farmers market. Find them on the Hope Street side of the market.

On some Saturdays the Farmers Market also coincides with an art fair called the Open Market that takes place in the southern end of the park.

About Farm Fresh RI Farmers Markets: Farm Fresh RI operates programs at 9 summer farmers markets and a winter market in neighborhoods across our state, and we facilitate SNAP / EBT acceptance at 8 more. We believe that every Rhode Island family should be able to take part in the fresh bounty of veggies, fruit, herbs, eggs, meats and cheeses produced by our local farmers. And we believe that our farmers are the key to vibrant cities and to vibrant countryside. That’s why Farm Fresh RI works to increase access to fresher, tastier food through the 55 farmers markets across Rhode Island. Our markets connect rural and urban communities, and strengthen the environment, health and quality of life of local farmers and eaters.
