The Ludovico Ensemble, founded in 2002 by Nicholas Tolle, promotes the music of the European and American avant-garde movements as well as fosters the development of new American repertoire for mixed chamber ensemble. This evening, the ensemble presents the American premieres of two French works featuring the cimbalom: Mark Andre’s “AB I” and Yan Maresz’s “Sul Segno”. This program is made possible by the generous support of The French-American Fund for Contemporary Music (FACE).

Grant Recital Hall is newly renovated and accessible. It is located behind the Orwig Music Building on the corner of Hope St. and Young Orchard Ave. To request special services, accommodations or assistance for this event, please contact Ashley Lundh [401.863.3234 – [email protected]] as far in advance of the event as possible.

This event is free and is open to the public.
