Pam Carely will be discussing and signing copies of her book Elderly Parents with all their Marbles- A Survival Guide for the Kids. This event is being held at the  Providence Public Library in the 3rd floor meeting room. Pam ‘s book covers 49  rules for caring for an elderly parent. These rules have come from Pam’s own experience caring for her own parents. The rules Pam outlines in  her book will help with everything from living with, medical issues that may come up, and the loss that comes with the passing of an elderly parent.

Pam has also written MINOR LEAGUE MOM:A MOTHER’S JOURNEY THROUGH THE RED SOX FARM TEAMS. She has a B.A.from Colby College and an M.A.from Columbia University Teachers College. The former Director for the Delaware Dept. of Education and teacher of high school English  in Connecticut, Georgia, and Maine. Pam also has a degree from R.I. School Design and owned Interiors by Pamela in R.I. for fourteen years. While in Rhode Island Pam taught adult education and served in different civic roles.

You will be able to park at the Providence Hilton Parking Garage for $3.00 for 3 hours. Make sure you bring in your tickets to get stamped in the library.
