Dear Diorama, Shoebox Book Report Contest

Dear Diorama, is an art contest for book lovers that takes place at the Rochambeau Library after hours on March 4. Dioramas will be judged by a panel of art critics and book lovers, and light refreshments will be served. The event begins at 7pm and is free and open to the public.

The rules are simple. Create a scene, no larger than a shoebox, from a book that you have read. The reader who produces the best diorama will receive a $100 gift card to Craftland with a $50 prize to Books on the Square going to the runner up. After Dear Diorama, is over, the scenes will move over to the gallery at Craftland (235 Westminster Street), where they will remain on public display.
