The First Annual Rhode Island Outsider Art Fair: showcasing the artwork of a nuero diverse and uniquely abled group of nationally and internationally shown and recognized artists.
RHD-RI is an arts based non-profit located in downtown Pawtucket that works with artists and musicians with disabilities in order to promote them and their creations and to raise public awareness of their diverse skills and voices. In conjunction with the Pawtucket Arts Festival, RHD-RI will be hosting the First Annual Rhode Island Outsider Art Fair, showcasing the work of a wide ranging neuro diverse and uniquely abled group of nationally and internationally shown and recognized artists. The festival will include art by members of local programs like RHD and Flying Shuttles, also in downtown Pawtucket, and individual artists who have been featured at such prestigious events as the INTUIT Art Fair in Chicago, the St. Louis Outsider Art Fair, the New York Outsider Art Fair and the Museum of Everything. This event is free and open to the public.
