The 8th annual Short Short Story Film Festival will screen throughout the day and evening on Saturday, Nov. 29, at 95 Empire’s Black Box Theatre at AS220 in Providence, RI. The festival includes both live-action and animated films from across the globe, all of which tell a story in under six minutes. As well as an international jury, the competitive international film festival event includes interactive audience voting for both programs, and DJ Madame B and friends will be mixing global soundscapes between and after screenings. Screenings will be at: 2 pm (Heartstrings), 4 pm (Headtrip), 6:30 pm (Heartstrings), and 8:30 pm (Headtrip). A small reception will take place at around 5:30 pm as well, following the 4 pm screening.
