About the Author: Karen J. Covey lives on the South Coast of Massachusetts, a place that she has come to call home. She is a personal chef, cooking instructor and food writer. She cooks, writes, and thinks about food all the time. Last year, Ms. Covey helped launch the first-ever Mattapoisett Library’s Kids Cooking Club.
